Full Body workout

Love this machine, its very compact and its smooth, it was super easy to build took me about 5 minutes. Directions were very clear and it came with all the tools required for building. I like how it can be folded up and fits in any area, perfect for a small home gym.

Good workout for the whole body

I think this is a great machine. It was simple to get set up out of the box and is a really solid full body workout. I have been doing it every morning and it gets me off to a good start and nicely folds up into the corner when I’m done. It looks sleek as well, I have gotten a few compliments on it as people have seen my office.

Great work out and save space

Super awesome workout, trying to build my personal gym, got air bike and this machine. And have to say I really prefer this machine more. Always get a good sweat from it. Best part is that I can mount my tablet on it so don’t get bored working out. The strength is adjustable and this machine save a lot of space because I can store it up.
