At WENOKER, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and order cancellations are accepted.
1. 30-Day Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included
- The product must be in reasonable condition and not show signs of misuse or abuse
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team at support@wenoker.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
3. Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by WENOKER before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), WENOKER will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide supporting photos or videos to help us assess the issue.
WENOKER reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund at its sole discretion.
6. Non-Returnable Cases
- No valid proof of purchase is provided
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation
- Missing serial numbers or altered product labels
- Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flood, or natural disasters
- Returns sent without prior approval
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the return has been received, depending on your payment provider.
