Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. WENOKER does not store or have access to your full payment information.
Payment Authorization & Charges
When you place an order, your selected payment method will be charged at the time of checkout.
In some cases, your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold to verify available funds. This is a standard banking process and is not an additional charge.
If an authorization hold is applied, it will either:
- Be completed as the final charge when the order is processed, or
- Be automatically released by your bank if the order is canceled or not processed
Authorization timelines vary depending on your payment provider.
PayPal Orders & Disputes
If a PayPal dispute or claim is opened before the order is shipped, the order will be temporarily placed on hold, as PayPal may restrict access to the payment during the dispute process.
Once the dispute is resolved and payment access is restored, the order will proceed normally.
Sales Tax
We collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to locations where WENOKER is legally required to do so.
Any applicable tax amount will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, all orders are subject to verification.
In certain cases, we may request additional confirmation to verify payment details or order information. If an order cannot be verified, WENOKER reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand or peak seasons, processing times may extend to 3–7 business days before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when your order ships.
